. (1) There will be an executive committee to exercise and comply with the duties, duties and rights assigned to the Bamojim Authority under this Act.
(2) The composition of the Executive Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Chief Executive Officer – Chairman
(b) Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers appointed by the Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal - Member (c) Four candidates nominated by the Government of Nepal on the basis of inclusion principles from experts who have acquired at least ten years of experience in related fields including projects in the national and international sectors with a master's degree from a university recognized by the Government of Nepal in infrastructure development and engineering, law, economics, management, geology, archeology or development planning. (d) Secretary – Member Secretary
(3) The members referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (2) shall remain in office for such period as may be desired by the Government of Nepal. If they have to be removed from that position for any reason, they should be given an opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed.
(4) Clause (c) of sub-section (2) the remuneration and benefits of the members of BAMOZIM shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
